📜 TOS (TERMS OF SERVICE) OVERVIEW: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person who logs on/Joins this website/server and is compliant with the Void's terms and conditions. This server is operated by Void. Throughout the server/website, the terms "we", "us", "our(s)", and "ourselves" refer to Void. The term "woof" is referred to spoof. Since that word is permitted on discord, we use the word woof. The words "parties", "party", and "third-party", are referred to any other terms and conditions of companies besides us. When accessing this server and website you agreed to our TOS and read our INFO tab. Please read this TOS carefully. ㅤ LEAD RESPONSIBILITY NOT TAKEN All the software is safe and professionally debugged and tested. No damage to your pc will be done. ㅤ COOPERATION Void is asking for cooperation. A customer will be given 2 choices at first. Either reinstall windows or use a deep premium cleaner. Same for a VPN. If the customer fails the process without windows reinstall and flash + VPN, a refund will not be given, please cooperate and reinstall windows + flash and try re-woof with a VPN this time. (Flash fixes a lot of issues as well) No cooperation --> no refund. This also means not sending end result after the process is done, so we can verify if done correctly. Also, please keep in mind those products are for educational purposes only. We do not support negatively impacting actions with our software, nor tolerate it. If you violate any terms of service of any other company we are not responsible. Please cooperate with us and use it for legal/fair use only. ㅤ USAGE OF SERVICES (+ REFUNDS) All customers have the right to get a refund. The refund will be fully (100%) given. If the educational product didn't work, a refund will be given. We have a refund protocol, meaning you have to follow everything we say and if it still doesn't work, we will refund you. Special note: Read the No refund policy carefully to prevent any problems. Refunds via PayPal can take 3-5 business days to arrive, Crypto takes 24 hours, and Card payments from 5-7 business days. ㅤ NO REFUND POLICY (ALL SERVICES) For specific reasons refunds are not given at times: Utilizing our products while having injected software into memory, manually banned or account being restricted/banned, Hard-coded adapters (e.g Bluetooth/Wifi dongles) Warranty expired, No cooperation, account unban, Risky actions while utilizing our products, (e.g. it worked, now not anymore), bought the woof for an unsupported motherboard, (exchange of service could be given), every product listed under the category "educational", paid promotions/shops, Bought a product with an exchanger, Bought a voucher/Gift card. Breaking any third-party tos while utilizing our products, banned key (all reasons, e.g. key sharing) accounts. We also do not offer refunds for Riot corporation games. ㅤ EXCLUSION CAUSE If you are an employee or volunteer of, previously employed by or volunteered at, associated with, represent, or are acquaintances or family with a member of Valve Corporation, Bohemia Interactive a.s., BattlEye Innovations, CEVO LLC, (EAC) EasyAntiCheat Ltd., Turtle Entertainment GmbH, E-Sports Entertainment LLC, Riot Games, Tencent or any legal or other firm representing the aforementioned organizations, you are explicitly not permitted to access any products or services offered by "Void" in any regard whatsoever, as well as visiting the website/server. YOUR CONDUCT You agree that our website/server may expose you to Content that may be objectionable or offensive. We shall not be responsible to you in any way for the Content that appears on our website/server nor for any error or omission. ㅤ USAGE You may not use our products to violate the terms or agreements of other parties. This means using our products in a not permitted way. Educational should only be used on private servers. The educational products are labeled as "educational" at the bottom.
